THE RESTAURANT, AS PART OF THE GRAND HOTEL ROMANA (ROMANA BEACH RESORT), OWES ITS HIGH STANDARDS IN FOOD PREPARATION TO THE ALREADY ADOPTED AND CONFIRMED STANDARD OF THE PARENT HOTEL.

Since the restaurant is located on the busy beach, the menu had to be created to cater to the needs of the beach guests, at least until sunset. It therefore offers typical bistro food, pizzas, burgers, etc. but in a highly professional variant. As soon as the sun goes down, the guests change and then Al Mar turns into a “true” restaurant, as befits it because it belongs to a high-class hotel.

A modern ambience with a lot of white and discreet lighting, decorated with meticulously cared-for greenery is perfect for relaxation and enjoying predominantly Mediterranean cuisine based on local ingredients.

In the varied offer of food and drinks, the emphasis is on local Croatian products prepared in accordance with strict hygienic requirements. With a pleasant atmosphere and fresh food, Al Mar tries to create a welcoming and relaxing experience for everyone. They continuously work to improve quality by systematically educating and implementing standard operating procedures.
