The hotel is located in Makarska, a large and dynamic urban agglomeration which is also the centre of the entire coastal area called Makarska Riviera. The location of the hotel is at the junction of the old part of the city, not far from the sea, and new urban districts. The view from the hotel is great; on one side of the hotel, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the blue sea, and on the other, a fascinating view on the mighty mountain of Biokovo.

Although small, it has all the facilities and amenities of classic hotels – from a very good restaurant where you can enjoy excellent food to a swimming pool that is almost connected to the restaurant. The guests who wish to swim in the sea need only a few minutes’ walk to reach the main city beach.

Rooms are furbished with sophisticated designer furniture and the hotel’s special charm comes from its interpolation in the city’s urban structure.

THE EXQUISITE CERTIFICATE

THE EXQUISITE CERTIFICATE IS A MARK OF DISTINCTION, RECOGNIZING THE SUPERIOR QUALITY AND STANDARDS OF YOUR HOTEL OR RESTAURANT.

The Exquisite Certificate is awarded after three inspection processes conducted by a panel of distinguished experts in the gastronomy and hospitality sector.

The first process involves thorough hygiene control and management within the facility, followed by detailed supervision in the food processing department.

The second process of control focuses on top-level safety both inside and outside the facility itself. It includes a thorough inspection of hygiene conditions within the facility, as well as control of the processes of receiving, storing, and processing food.

The third process refers to food preparation, serving, and the organoleptic characteristics of the food, as well as the final procedure of evaluating the overall hospitality service.

A prerequisite for conducting these three inspection processes includes ensuring top-level safety both inside and around the facility.
