EXQUISITE CHEF ROBERT PREDRAG ŽMIRE AND HIS COLLEAGUE EXQUISITE CHEF TONI UKIĆ HAVE SPENT THE LAST FIVE YEARS INVESTING ALL THEIR KNOWLEDGE INTO HONING THEIR SIGNATURE CULINARY SKILL AND IMPLEMENTING A COMMENDABLE RESTAURANT CONCEPT.

After many years of cooking in several Trogir restaurants and yachts, Exquisite Chef Žmire, former finalist of the first season of the culinary show MasterChef, joined forces with young chef Toni in the quest for a leading position in the city’s vibrant restaurant scene.

And their quest was a success! By cooking exclusively with high-quality ingredients and using all known techniques for every single detail of the dish they serve on the plate, they managed to turn their restaurant into a small and original culinary pearl. Each of their dishes is a concept with a special story which comes to life through extraordinary culinary performance that has seriously intrigued the national gourmet public, as well as foreign tourists.

Their move away from uniformity through a completely original signature cuisine based on the Mediterranean tradition is their main asset (and a very successful one, too). The same old stone building houses a small Boutique Hotel called Bifora.
