ONE CAN ONLY IMAGINE SUCH AN IDEAL PLACE FOR DINING, ESPECIALLY DURING A SUMMER SUNSET. THIS TAVERN IS LOCATED RIGHT ABOVE THE SEA. ON ONE SIDE, A ROCKY CAPE WITH THE BELL TOWER OF A TYPICAL SMALL TOWN ON THE OMIŠ RIVIERA RISING ABOVE IT; ON THE OTHER, A LONG PEBBLE BEACH.

Here, meals are enjoyed to the sound of waves and the scent of the sea. Although archetypal in appearance, this place takes pride in its innovatively prepared and presented dishes. Of course, what matters most is that they are delicious, with ‘clean’, uncomplicated flavors.

This is certainly one of the reasons why guests come from both near and far. The menu is mostly focused on fish and seafood, although their meat dishes are also very tasty. The menu boasts slowly roasted octopus tentacles with sauce, scampi and mussel buzara with polenta, as well as shellfish buzara served with tagliatelle, black risotto with cheese strips, and various pasta dishes with different sauces.

The unique blend of attractive ambiance and well-prepared traditional, simple dishes is further enhanced by highly professional staff. Their interaction with guests, kindness, and attention to every detail greatly contribute to the overall positive impression of this ‘port’—a great mix end of traditional hospitality and new culinary trends.

The kitchen equipment and all hygiene conditions in the kitchen meet all measured parameters. Likewise, all safety standards and food traceability are respected. The overall atmosphere in the tavern is greatly enhanced by well-trained, professional, and friendly staff. The effort to use local ingredients is truly commendable.
