TO THE EAST OF THE OLD CITY CENTRE IS A MODERN HOTEL BUILDING NAMED AFTER THE ROMAN EMPEROR WHO BUILT THE CITY ON THE SEASHORE. DIOCLETIAN’S ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE MARKED THE APPEARANCE OF SPLIT, THE LARGEST CROATIAN CITY ON THE EASTERN COAST OF THE ADRIATIC.

The square-shaped building of the hotel dominates the neighbourhood from which you can reach the city centre and the most famous city beaches in a ten-minute walk. The great view from the hotel terrace allows you to see the whole city, its old centre, and famous busy beaches as well.

The interior design is splendid, a spacious pool with a bar on the terrace allows you to linger around, so you don’t have to go anywhere in the summer heat. The hotel has everything you could wish for – from comfortable and well-equipped rooms, restaurants and bars to a wellness centre, winter garden and a conference hall.

TECHNICAL INSPECTION

The hotel fully justifies its four stars. Impeccably clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, and restaurant menu – everything is arranged to make the guest feel very comfortable. A terrace with a swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the entire city of Split and the sea in front of it are additional attractions of the hotel. The service is impeccable, professional and, most importantly, always available. The hotel also has its own garage with video surveillance.

HOW TO OBTAIN
THE EXQUISITE CERTIFICATE

THE EXQUISITE CERTIFICATE IS A MARK OF DISTINCTION, RECOGNIZING THE SUPERIOR QUALITY AND STANDARDS OF YOUR HOTEL OR RESTAURANT.

The Exquisite Certificate is awarded after three inspection processes conducted by a panel of distinguished experts in the gastronomy and hospitality sector.

The first process involves thorough hygiene control and management within the facility, followed by detailed supervision in the food processing department.

The second process of control focuses on top-level safety both inside and outside the facility itself. It includes a thorough inspection of hygiene conditions within the facility, as well as control of the processes of receiving, storing, and processing food.

The third process refers to food preparation, serving, and the organoleptic characteristics of the food, as well as the final procedure of evaluating the overall hospitality service.

A prerequisite for conducting these three inspection processes includes ensuring top-level safety both inside and around the facility.

EXQUISITE BRAND is part of the EXQUISITE program implemented across the Republic of Croatia. The program is based on the principles of safety, traceability, and business sustainability.
